Founded by Jennifer Kengmo in August 2025, Parouge was inspired by her experience growing up around people who saved perfumes for special occasions, rarely wearing them during the everyday moments that truly mattered. Through growth and travel, Jennifer discovered that fragrance could be worn anytime, regardless of the occasion. What started as a personal shift in perspective soon became a form of self-expression and daily indulgence, a belief she later transformed into Parouge to share with people it resonates with.
