At Parouge, we hope you love your fragrance. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items purchased directly from Parouge.

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

• Unopened
• Unused
• In their original sealed packaging
• In resalable condition

Due to the nature of fragrance products, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@parouge.com with your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty:

• Opened or used fragrances
• Samples or discovery items
  
• Complimentary gifts with purchase
  
• Gift cards
  
• Sale or promotional items
  

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• your order arrives damaged
  
• you receive the wrong item
  
• there is an issue caused by us

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit. Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@parouge.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

• your order number
  
• a description of the issue
  
• photos or video of the item and packaging

If approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and Parouge is not responsible for parcels confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
